This small enclave of luxury villas is located in East Jomtien, beside the Phoenix Gold Golf and Country Club, close to Huay Yai. From this location there are many great attractions to see, beautiful beaches, and beachfront restaurants.

At Sunrise Villa Resort there is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi at the centre of mature tropical gardens. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, a BBQ area / Barbecue grill with seating/dining area and covered car parking.
