Sunrise Villa Resort. Completed in 2015 this small enclave of luxury villas is located directly next to the Phoenix Gold Golf and Country Club, which is East of Jomtien Beach and close to Huay Yai.

From here there are plenty of things to access easily, such as many tourist attractions, culture, beaches, golf and of course the city of Pattaya, which offers you shopping, restaurants and a colorful nightlife.
