ESS Developments started building its own residential projects in 2019, although the expert team behind ESS Developments has a wealth of experience building residential and commercial projects in Thailand and across Asia, having worked for global brands.

The first 2 projects were named Elegance Pool Villas located in Koh Chang, quickly followed by the 3rd & 4th project which was in Pattaya City along Jomtien Beach, called Serenity Jomtien Villas and alongside Serenity Residence Jomtien, their first condo project completed in early 2023.

The 5th project, Zensiri Villas Koh Chang, started construction in 2022 and now their 6th project to launch is Zensiri Midtown Villas Pattaya which was approved in April 2023 and construction is planned to start soon.
