The Meadows. This western built village is located at the top (eastern) end of Soi Nern Plabwan is East Pattaya. Close to many popular areas of East Pattaya, this location gives convenient access to many schools, shops and fresh markets.

The entrance is manned by security guards checking vehicles in and out. Within the village is a communal swimming pool, gymnasium and landscaped communal gardens. 

There are 2 main house styles. 2 storey homes with private gardens (many also have private pools), or attached 2 storey townhomes.
