The Grass Condominium is a quality low-rise development, built by a successful Bangkok developer (Bahn Krong Thong). Located along Pattaya Tai (South Pattaya Road) this project offers convenient access into Pattaya. The Sukhumvit Road is only a few hundred metres away and this gives access to the Southern Beaches of Jomtien and Bang Saray to the south, and quick connections onto the Bangkok Motorway which joins at Sukhumvit/Central Pattaya.
