Sugar Beach Condominium. This very exclusive low-rise building sits right on the waters edge of Pratumnak Beach.

The building design has a lovely flow to the overall shape, and the direct beachfront communal swimming pool is an amazing place to be, to appreciate the stunning views on offer.

There are only a handful of units in the condominium, and all have large direct sea view balconies which draw you outside. All units are well proportioned and offer either 2- or 3-bedroom layouts.

In the immediate area is the Centara Grand Pratumnak hotel which boasts 2 fantastic restaurants open to the public. The ground floor restaurant has large tropical fish tanks with exotic sharks, fish and sea animals.
