Siam Gardens is a village that is located in East Pattaya, around the Mabprachan Lake area.  With only 28 houses in the village, all properties are of good size, generally 250 sqm upwards and are all on large land plots.

The community is in a popular area, being 2 minutes away from the Siam Country club golf courses, Mabprachan lake area. Also being in close proximity to highway 36, can be favourable for people commuting.
