Rungsii Village Pattaya House Project is the newest quality housing project from Rungsii, which is located in Nong Prue, East Pattaya area of the city. 

Rungsii Village Pattaya House consists of exclusive, stand alone, two storey houses with private swimming pools and covered car parking. The exteriors have a distinctive modern, classic look.

In total the developer will build 18 homes with 2 house design types, called “Tonrak Private” is 215 Sq.m 4 Bed/3 Bath & “Exclusive” is a 450 Sq.m 3 Bed/5 Bath layout. All homes are fitted with 5kW Solar Panels, Eco Lighting, Air Leak Reduction system, plus the option to install Electric Vehicle Charging

Land plots range from between 280 m2 – 600 m2
