Siam Oriental Garden 2. This is another in the developers completed projects which has been built on Pratumnak Hill. From here it is possible to easily reach a choice of beaches, and be in Pattaya City, or Jomtien within 5-8 minutes.

There is public transport passing almost all the time and at the top of the street you will find a 7/11 & Family Mart convenience store.

All throughout Pratumnak Hill are an always increasing number of restaurants offering local Thai, or French, Indian, Russian and European food. The Birds and Bees restaurant offers true beachfront dining experience.

The local beach at Pratumnak is really nice and laid back. You can walk the nice shaded footpath and follow the sandy shoreline from Pratumnak all the way to Jomtien Beach.

There is a 9-hole golf course just a few hundred metres away too
