Nordic Terrace. This is a resort style low-rise condominium complex which offers fantastic, oversized terraces for each property that look over the lush tropical gardens and communal swimming pool. Some of the higher floors even have direct sea-views.

Just 700 metres from a lovely quiet beach, it is an easy stroll to reach and the views are worth it.

Getting to and from Pattaya City is relatively easy either by public transport, or a short drive as it is only 2 kilometres away. The local area around Nordic Terrace is all at a much slower pace, with nice private restaurants, a few small bars and fresh daily markets.

The grounds of the condo are spectacular. The mature gardens are well maintained and give nice natural shade all around the swimming pool.
