Little Norway Condominium is a small and private condominium, comprised of only 10 individual apartments, located alongside a very quiet residential side road between Pratumnak Soi 5 & 6 in the upmarket neighborhood of Pratumnak Hill, which is less than a 10 minute drive away from central Pattaya (depending on traffic).

There are only 10 units in the whole of the building, ranging from 85 square metres, up to two of the largest 124 square metre 2 bedroom which share the whole top floor.

Little Norway Condominium was completed in 2012 and also includes a good list of communal facilities and features (some you might not expect)! At the back of the building is a very private communal swimming pool equipped with an advanced salt-water filtration system and pool deck surrounded with decorative lush tropical landscaping and outdoor sun-loungers.

All residents have private key-card activation for the front entrance, CCTV security, and this entrance also has an elevated wheel-chair friendly front entrance walkway!
