Coconut Beach. This well-established high-rise condo sits along the Jomtien beachfront. Units within this tower have amazing full views of the sea, and either North views with the Pattaya skyline and Koh Larn island, or South along the 20km stretch of coastline right down to Bang Saray beach in the distance.

Stepping out of the project you are directly on the Jomtien beach promenade and there are lots, and lots of shops, bars, restaurants, tours and convenience stores.

Along the beach it regularly hosts various International beach and water sport competitions, such as the annual Asian Jet ski competition and beach volleyball.

Coconut Beach has a raised communal swimming pool so it still gets the natural sea-breezes and views of the coastline. Also, there is a gymnasium and under cover car parking with security.
