The were a few minor things wrong at handover but Anda arranged to get these fixed and even arranged my internet service. I found cornerstones to be very trust worthy and very professional in my condo purchase recently. Unfortunately my purchase fell thru but the boss martin and his staff helped me thru the problems i had and returned my funds in full. All in all i cannot praise them enough and will hopefully be using them again in the future.

My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand. I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home. Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond. Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month.
