I contacted Martin Cox back in January before I arrived into pattaya to ask for his assistance and knowledge into what we as foreigners can and can't to in reference to purchasing property in Thailand and the local laws etc.. I’ve recently retired to Thailand and on the recommendation of a friend contacted Cornerstone to help me find a Condo to rent. They helped me find a nice condo on Phratamak Hill and everything went smoothly. After about a week my on demand water heater stopped working and I noticed my bathroom exhaust fan was making a lot of noise and wasn’t going to last much longer. I contacted Cornerstone and both were replaced in a timely manner. If you are looking to lease a condo in the greater Pattaya area, I recommend Cornerstone.
