Porchland 2. A low-rise 8 storey condominium complex that is positioned very close to Jomtien Beach. Inside the project there is a central swimming pool and poolside gym.

Porchland 2 is located in Jomtien 800m from the beach. It lies between Sukhumvit Road and Jomtien 2nd Road, towards the southern end is considered the cleanest and best part compared to further north. This small complex has a gym, a swimming pool, 24 hour security guards and key card access.
