Baan Balina 4. Following on from the success of their first 3 projects, the Balina group completed this 4^th village with the same lush landscaping throughout the village, and excellent communal facilities.

Located in Huay Yai, this village offers convenient access to Sukhumvit Road, and Jomtien and Na Jomtien beaches.

There is access onto the Bangkok to Pattaya motorway and the major 331 highway at the eastern end of Huay Yai.

Baan Balina 4 is secured by security guards and keycard barrier access. In the communal area there are large gardens, a communal pool and poolside gymnasium.
