Hacienda Villas is a small village of 6 private pool villas. The village is next to the Mabprachan Reservoir in East Pattaya. This location has become a very popular residential area due to the many International schools, golf courses and lovely lakeside restaurants.

There is a jogging track which goes all around the lake, and fitness park.
