D-Sign Homes is a brand new village of 15 luxury homes. The village is being developed in Huay Yai which is rapidly becoming a “hot spot” for Ex Pat families with children needing the higher end International schools, or easy access to the industrial hubs and shipping ports that form the Eastern Seaboard.

In total there will be 15 bespoke modern contemporary villas. Each will be a 2 storey design with 3 or 4 bedrooms.

The promotional price is for the entry villa that sits on a 60 sq.wah (240 sq.metres) land plot, and has a 190 sq.metre living area.

The 2 storey floor plan is for a 3 Bedroom, 3 ½ Bathroom layout

The price includes the construction of the house on the land, bathrooms completed, and 4 air conditioning units (cassette type in the living room).

After this, the developer offers a choice of optional extras should the buyer wish:

550,000 Baht = Swimming Pool

400,000 Baht = Western Kitchen: washing machine, fridge, microwave, hob, oven and extractor

400,000 Baht = Built in furniture: wardrobes/drawers, TV units, dressing areas

475,000 Baht = Furniture Pack: beds/mattresses, bedside tables, lamps, curtains, sofa, coffee table, mirrors, wall decorations, dining table/chairs, outdoor furniture & 3 x tv's

Payment plans are flexible. The base payment plan is as follows:

• 100,000 Baht - Reservation
• 500,000 Baht - Upon signing contract (within 14 days)
• Payments over 10 months (maximum)
• 40% upon completion
• Build time 6 months
