SiamLynk takes a different approach to accessing professional support in Thailand. Instead of someone necessarily waiting until a problem has become serious and then facing a substantial one-off cost to seek help, its membership model provides access to support through a subscription.
For Cornerstone Real Estate, that ongoing access has proved useful for our own business and operational matters. What Is SiamLynk?
SiamLynk is a subscription-based service designed to make professional support more accessible to people living, working, doing business or dealing with legal matters in Thailand.
The service was previously known as Thai Legal Protection and has since been renamed SiamLynk. Its broader proposition extends beyond property matters, covering personal and family issues, business support and many of the practical legal questions that can arise when moving to or living in Thailand.
Why does the model interest us? SiamLynk's approach encourages people to ask questions and obtain appropriate guidance earlier, rather than assuming professional support should only be sought after a situation has already escalated.

Cornerstone Real Estate maintains its own active SiamLynk subscription for business and operational support.
Operating a real estate agency involves considerably more than marketing properties and introducing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Contracts, documentation, rental matters and questions surrounding the responsibilities of different parties can all arise during normal business operations.
Having access to independent professional support gives our team somewhere appropriate to turn when a matter requires legal clarification rather than an opinion from a real estate agent.

How Does the SiamLynk Subscription Work?
One of the most distinctive aspects of SiamLynk is its subscription model.
At the time of writing, the personal membership options shown by SiamLynk include a one-month membership at ฿1,295 per month, a six-month membership at ฿6,995 and a twelve-month membership at ฿12,995. The longer membership periods therefore reduce the effective monthly cost, with the annual option shown as equivalent to approximately ฿1,083 per month.
SiamLynk also currently advertises a seven-day free trial for new members. Memberships renew according to the selected subscription cycle and can be cancelled through the member's subscription account.
This creates flexibility. Someone may join because an issue has arisen and they want access to professional support. Once the matter has been resolved, they may decide that they no longer need the membership. Others may prefer to maintain their subscription throughout the year so that support is already available when questions arise.
