Wonderful agent Siah was assigned to help me find a two bedroom condo rental in Pattaya. She took time to show me multiple units and I never felt pressured to rent or felt pressured to make an impulsive decision. She was very informed about rentals in the city and worked with me and the owner to create a very good rental agreement contract. The agent inspected the condo unit prior to my first day, took pictures, and then sent to me to document the status of the condo. Not being Thai, she walked through all the workings of and machines in the condo unit explaining them throughly. She has keep in touch with me after the signing to make sure there are no issues. With 32 years of experience as a sales professional I have come across all walks of life. I have been frequenting Thailand every year for medical purposes since the past 17 years and I am aware of the good and the bad. I had decided to rent a condo for 12 months. Spoke to various Estate Agents and visited properties that didn't suit my needs. Went to see Cornerstone and spent about an hour with Martin whilst we discussed all aspects of renting here, importantly Martin took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He came up with a condo not even on his books yet and he called the landlord to set up a visit. The condo was still occupied but coming available. Exactly what I wanted in fact exceeded my expectations in some areas. All sorted with the Landlord and the lease agreement Cornerstone use was very simple without any jargon. I am a happy chappie.

I contacted Eye at Cornerstone after a very bad experience with Gecko Eye was very professional and pleasure to deal with She showed me a couple of properties and after I agreed on the property I asked for a discount for 1 year advanced payment Eye contacted the owner immediately and got me a discount and I moved in a few days later .I needed a couple of things off her after the lease was signed and she quickly emailed me what I needed I highly recommend Eye and Cornerstone real estate very clear communication. Searching for a place to live in another country can be frustrating but my experience with Eye made it a easy smooth process

My Agent Yai at Cornerstone is one of the hardest working agents I have ever dealt with, since I've been living in Pattaya these last 19 years. No one likes to hear about problems, but whenever I had an issue with my apartment she was attentive and handled the problem until it was completely resolved.
