Using natural light from the installation of skylights will let in ‘indirect’ sunlight which will illuminate the interior to be brighter so that there is no need to turn any lights on during the daytime.
All light bulbs in the house are LED that dramatically reduces monthly electricity cost.
Throughout the village are Eco SMART solar cell street lights which cut costs for common fees shared by each owner. They are bright, attractive, inexpensive and turn on and off automatically without wires or electricity costs.
