You Don't Need to Search for a “Crypto Property”

One of the biggest misconceptions about buying property using cryptocurrency is that the seller must personally be willing to receive Bitcoin, a stablecoin or another digital asset.

That is not how the process used by Cornerstone Real Estate works.

The client can use cryptocurrency as the source of funds. Through an established third-party conversion process, the cryptocurrency is converted into Thai Baht before the property payment is received by Cornerstone Real Estate.

For the property owner, landlord or transaction itself, the relevant payment is therefore handled in Thai Baht rather than requiring them to receive or manage cryptocurrency.

This means your first priority can remain exactly what it should be: finding the right property.

How Does the Cryptocurrency Property Funding Process Work?

Every transaction is considered individually, but the process we have used successfully on many previous property transactions generally follows a clear sequence.

1. Choose the Property

The buyer or tenant selects the property and agrees the relevant transaction terms in the normal way.

2. Complete the Required Verification

The client completes the required KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance checks directly with the third-party service provider involved in the conversion process.

3. Transaction Documents Are Provided

The relevant sale, reservation or rental documentation can then be provided as required to establish the purpose of the funds and details of the property transaction.

4. A Dedicated Communication Group Is Created

The client, third-party service provider and Cornerstone Real Estate can be connected through a dedicated LINE or WhatsApp group so the relevant parties can follow the transaction as it progresses.

5. Cryptocurrency Transfer Details Are Confirmed

The client advises which cryptocurrency or stablecoin they wish to use and the amount required for the transaction. The necessary transfer and conversion information is then confirmed before funds are sent.

6. Receipt and Conversion Are Confirmed

Once the cryptocurrency has been received through the agreed process, receipt is confirmed and the resulting Thai Baht value is shown.

7. Thai Baht Is Transferred

The converted Thai Baht is transferred to Cornerstone Real Estate for the agreed property transaction, with confirmation of the transfer shared within the group.

8. Cornerstone Real Estate Confirms Receipt

Once the funds have been received, Cornerstone Real Estate confirms receipt and provides the appropriate transaction or credit documentation.

A Transparent Process From Start to Finish

For many clients, using cryptocurrency for a substantial property transaction can initially feel unfamiliar. Clear communication throughout the process is therefore extremely important.

The dedicated LINE or WhatsApp group allows the relevant parties to see confirmations as the transaction progresses rather than relying on separate conversations between different people.

This provides a clear record of the main stages and allows questions to be addressed as the transaction progresses.
