Centara Avenue Residence is a low-rise condominium set just of Pattaya 2nd Road in the centre of the city. It is possible to walk to every location from here.

3 shopping malls are right on the doorstep, and there is a busy road that has tons of bars & restaurants around a 2 minute walk away.

Of course, Pattaya beach is also 400 metres from here.

The condominium has a huge central lagoon swimming pool with a sunken bar, and children’s water slides. Part of this project includes Centara azure Hotel which has an on-site restaurant which all residents can enjoy too.
