Baan Dusit Pattaya Lake is a large communal village, roughly 3 kilometers from Baan Ampur beach, and less than 15 kilometers from Pattaya City. This area is one of beauty, with a lovely private lake in the village, plus the temples of Wat Yaan, and the Buddha mountain at Khao Chee Chan are just outside the village.

The main road has some excellent Thai restaurants that are also very picturesque.

Baan Dusit Pattaya Lake boasts a communal swimming pool, landscaped park with BBQ area, tennis courts and a fitness center
