Platinum Property Group was established in 2007 as PAD Developments but recently re-branded to Platinum Property Group (PPG).

During an exceptionally tough economic downturn The Lofts Pratumank was one of the few success stories and with 100% of units sold Platinum Property Group decided move forward with a second project mainly due to existing customers wishing to further invest with the company because of there satisfaction and confidence in the group and its owners.
