Description

Baan Panalee is a small private secure village located towards the city side of Huay Yai district in East Pattaya. It is possible to arrive on Jomtien, or other South Jomtien beaches within a reasonable 10 minute car journey. For all shopping requirements you have the large supermarkets such as Makro, Tesco Lotus and Big C close by on the Sukhumvit highway. Downtown Pattaya can bee reached within a 15 minute drive.

Access into the village is through secure barriers, and the simple layout offers 2 landscaped streets with houses on either side.

At the front of the village is a club house, and communal pool. Surrounding the pool are sunchairs, and umbrellas to enjoy the Thai climate.

There are plenty of local shops and businesses along the miain Huay Yai road for all day to day items, plus a wide selection of Thai and western restaurants, or sports bars with private gardens for kids to play safely.

At the far Eastern end of Huay Yai it is possible to access the latest part of the Bangkok/Pattaya Motorway (No 7), as well as Highway 36 & 331.
