VJ Land and House. This village is located in the popular Mabprachan Lake area of East Pattaya. This part of the city has proved very popular with western families wanting easy access to the International schools in the area. Also, many Bangkok Thai families who can reach this area quickly and easily from the capital.

Around Mabprachan Lake there are lots of lakeside western restaurants, sports bars and coffee shops. Going in the other direction towards Pattaya there is a main high street (Soi Siam Country Club Road) that is full of local shops and stores, and downtown Pattaya is around 10-15 minutes away.
