Thepthip Mansion. This 15 storey condominium building sits just 400 metres away from the amazing Pratumnak Beach. This stretch of beach is clean and relatively quiet compared to Jomtien, or Pattaya beaches.

Secondly, of its position between Jomtien and Pattaya beach. Both are easily reachable within 10 minutes.
