This is a simple city centre village of just a handful of houses. The village has a large communal swimming pool for all residents to enjoy.

Close to North Pattaya road this makes the location highly convenient for getting ‘in & out’ of Pattaya. Also being towards the northern end of the city means it is also very close to Wongamat beach and Naklua. Wongamat beach is a stunning clean coastline with a palm tree lined path, and views of the Pattaya City skyline and the Koh Larn island on the horizon.

The Bangkok – Pattaya motorway, and Highway 36 both have access within a short 5 minute drive which opens up the whole of the Eastern Seaboard.
