Entry is through security gates accessed by keycard.

The development is very close to Jomtien Beach and is close to many high end, and Thai restaurants. Directly outside is a Family Mart convenience store, and Tesco Lotus, and Food Mart are very easy to reach.

The public 'Baht Bus' taxi's pass by this village and travel between Jomtien and Pattaya City.
