Garden Ville. This is a small development located only 5.8km from Jomtien beach and 13km from Pattaya City. The area of Huay Yai has been developing into a popular residential area of East Pattaya since the completion of the new Bangkok to Pattaya motorway intersection that has an exit close by, meaning that journey times from Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi Airport are down to less than 1 hour 30 minutes.

As well as the motorway, Huay Yai has supporting highways throughout the Eastern Seaboard, plus proximity to International schools and International Golf Courses.

There are plenty of places to eat & drink in the area, and there are various markets dotted around as well as the usual mini marts.
