Baan Balina 3. This is the third modern village completed by the “Balina” company. Located in Huay Yai, this area is East of Jomtien beach, and has access onto the Motorway 7, and highway 331.

Roughly 4 kilometres from the Sukhumvit highway, this main road gives access to the southern beaches, and Pattaya City within 15-20 minutes.

Along Sukhumvit highway you will find many of the large hypermarkets such as Makro, Tesco Lotus and Big C so that all your day-to-day needs are right on hand!

Baan Balina 3 is a very secure environment with keycard entry at the main gates, where the security guards check guests prior to entry.

There is a central club house where the communal pool, poolside gym and landscaped gardens are.

Down the road you will find a large, daily fresh market, various Western & Thai restaurants, plus over 7 golf courses, most of the International schools and many family attractions.
