Baan Dusit Pattaya Park is a large secure estate of villas which can be found in the Wat Yaan district of East Pattaya. Wat Yaan has a nice tarmacked road leading to the old Chinese temples, the main lake, plus Silverlake Vineyard and Khao Chee Chan ‘Buddha’ Mountain.

There is the spectacular Chee Chan Golf Resort right on the doorstep.

The village is roughly 20 kilometres from Pattaya City, yet the beaches of Baan Ampur, Bang Saray and Jomtien are much closer.

The village provides a range of communal facilities which include a fitness center, large communal swimming pool, its own private fishing lake and landscaped gardens where children can play in safety.
