Pornthep Garden Village 1. A large communal village that is only 10 minutes journey time from North Pattaya. There are also quick and easy routes to the various International schools, golf courses and the highway routes of the Eastern Seaboard.

The Eastern Seaboard covers areas of Rayong, Amati, Pintong or Laem Chabang which can be reached in well under 20 minutes now with the latest motorway extensions.

Pornthep garden Village 1 has a communal pool and is protected by security guards at the entrance gates.

Outside the village you will find there is a row of shops which include a choice of 3 restaurant/bars, a beauty salon, spa/sauna and a hardware store. On the corner is a huge 7/11 convenience store and a fresh market.
