Panalea Banna. Complete in 2017, this well laid out secure village is located close to Huay Yai in East Pattaya. Roughly 6 kilometres from Jomtien & Pattaya City, however many residents choose this area as the position offers very easy access to a large number of International Schools as well as motorway connections which give immediate routes to areas of the Eastern seaboard.

The motorway also gives a convenient commute to the neighbouring cities, the Suvarnabhumi International airport, and the capital, Bangkok.

The Huay Yai neighbourhood has a nice community feel and has plenty of local shops and markets as well as the usual convenience stores and mini supermarkets.

Panalea Banna has a security gated entrance, wide inner streets and a central club house with large gardens, a long swimming pool and a poolside gymnasium.
