The Maple, Huay Yai has a decorative secure entrance gate, staffed by security guards who will require identification to pass into the village. Inside the village is a large communal swimming pool, with gardens surrounding the pool, and an air-conditioned fitness room.

Each home sits privately behind 2 metre perimeter walls.

There are 2 different style of home, either 2 bedroom or 3-bedroom layouts. Land plot sizes are different from house to house.
