Description

Baan Piam Mongkol is a village of single storey villas and a smaller section of 2 storey homes. Located in Huay Yai, East Pattaya, this area has definitely been an up and coming district with easy access to the city and local beaches. The main reason for high interest has been the completion of the Bangkok motorway extension which has an entry/exit for Huay Yai itself.

This now means that it is poissible to travel to, and from Bangkok easily within 60-90 minutes. It also opens up commuting around the whole of the Eastern Seaboard.

The main Huay Yai road runs from the Highway 331 in the East, stright to the Sukhumvit Road which gives access to the Na Jomtien beaches and main routes into Downtown Jomtien & Pattaya. All along this high street are new local business enterprises, a wide choice of restaurants from Thai, European, Russian and Italian.

Baan Piam Mongkol is a welcoming village with extra wide internal streets, and a communal garden which is large enough for all kids in the village to play in safety.

Each house has generous land plots, and their own private swimming pool. There is a barrier at the front of the village which is keycard operated, plus has security guards at the entrance who regularly patrol the village.
