Grand PMC 7 is the “grandest” of all the previous villages completed by this Thai developer. Much attention was placed on communal facilities and wide inner streets.

Firstly, the village is protected by an electric barrier operated by the security guards. They are also helped with a CCTV system.

In the centre of the whole village is a large grassed area for children to play in safety. A club house sits beside the long communal swimming pool so that residents can choose to sit in the shade, or around the pool.

Grand PMC 7 offers almost immediate access onto the Bangkok Pattaya Motorway, which splits in different directions to cover all of the Eastern Seaboard. There is a good selection of International or Thai schools within a 10-15 minute drive, plus there are over 6 different golf courses reachable in the same 10-15 minute drive!!

Pattaya City is 10 minutes away.
