Grand Garden Home Hill. Located close to the upgraded U-Tapao International airport in Sattahip this is a lovely secure village with each home having generous land plots and private swimming pools.

With the latest Motorway extension passing close to this village it makes commuting to, and from all surrounding areas very stress free.

The U-Tapao airport receives multiple domestic flights each day, plus now it also includes flights from almost all neighbouring Asian countries, and International arrivals.

There are some really nice beaches within a short 5-minute drive. The Sattahip town centre is much more laid back than the bustling Pattaya City, with some picturesque old-style Asian architecture to be found along some of the smaller streets.

Although part of the town has grown from a small fishing village, there are newer supermarkets and shopping arcades close by. Also, this area boasts a total of 6 golf courses that can be reached within 10-15 minutes.
