My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand. I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home. Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond. Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month. Cornerstone really help me and my family. We have lived in Thailand for 2 and half year and we looking to move to new house in the city. We went to Cornerstone and they listened to all of the things that were important to us about what kind of house we were looking for. Showed us a couple in the office and then took is to see the one we really like. Overall smooth process. They help us talk to the owner and work out timing of everything. They include everything in the rental price no extra fees for pool cleaner and gardeners. They are straight forward and honest.

Wonderful agent Siah was assigned to help me find a two bedroom condo rental in Pattaya. She took time to show me multiple units and I never felt pressured to rent or felt pressured to make an impulsive decision. She was very informed about rentals in the city and worked with me and the owner to create a very good rental agreement contract. The agent inspected the condo unit prior to my first day, took pictures, and then sent to me to document the status of the condo. Not being Thai, she walked through all the workings of and machines in the condo unit explaining them throughly. She has keep in touch with me after the signing to make sure there are no issues.
