Narita Villa by Baan Mae is a new village, with development starting in 2022. The project shall complete in 2023. In total there shall be 16 modern private pool homes all sold fully furnished and "ready to move-in".

Located close to Charknok Lake in East Pattaya this residential area has very convenient access into Pattaya City, yet has lots to offer in the local area.

Charknok Lake is being re-developed with public footpaths and cycle tracks all around the lake, plus an exercise park, and lakeside restaurants.
