Located along Soi Chaiyapruek 2 on the East side of Pattaya, there are plenty of local shops and businesses for all day to day needs. Impressively, Jomtien beach is just 1 straight road away and can be reached within 5 minutes.

Along the Sukhumvit Road which is not too far away there are larger superstores, and an array of modern themed coffee shops and cafés.

Access into Pattaya City is also very stress free.
