Grange Park. This is a village of large private homes, all within a secure compound. Entry is through electric gates, and the whole development is patrolled by 24-hour security guards.

Outside the entrance is Tara Pattana International school, and along the street are some boutique bistro’s, Thai restaurants and Mini Big C.

Downtown Pattaya is 10 minutes’ drive, and the Na Jomtien, and Jomtien beaches are a little closer.
