THE DIRECTORS
Cornerstone Real Estate is the brainchild of Martin Cox and Jon Bailey. Having a wealth of experience in the Pattaya real estate marketplace, they are only too aware of the issues and concerns that buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants have. Martin worked for a leading real estate agency in a managerial role from 2005 to 2018. Jon moved from another busy Pattaya real estate company. Combined with the quality team they have assembled at Cornerstone Real Estate, they will continue to drive the business forward with customer service top of their agenda.
THE STAFF
The team at Cornerstone Real Estate have many years of experience in the industry. They are tried and proven professionals who are equally committed to making the Cornerstone Real Estate experience one that you talk about for the RIGHT reasons. It goes without saying that the whole team is fluent in both Thai & English, plus we also speak Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.
Jarunee Yachart (Yai) – Khun Yai has learnt the local real estate market since 2017 and has held various jobs in the industry. Now a very successful agent, with lots of enthusiasm who will make sure she finds you the perfect property you have been dreaming of.
Steven Gremstrup (Steve) – Having grown up in Pattaya City, his knowledge of the local area is excellent. He has been working in the Pattaya Real Estate market since 2018 and has become an important member of the Cornerstone team. He is a fluent speaker of English, Thai and Danish, plus a good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish languages. He is a highly motivated individual who takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service.
Nij Tamthong (Nij) – Khun Nij has previously managed and run a successful Pattaya real estate agency, and has learnt both the sales and rental markets thoroughly since 2016. Now specialising in the various New house & condo developments that are being built throughout this growing city.
She has been living and working in Pattaya City since 2016 so has a good understanding of the ongoing improvements & infrastructure plans for the city.
Suthep Duangchak Na Ayutthaya (Earn) – Khun Suthep (Earn) has lived in Pattaya since 2019 and started to work immediately in the real estate industry. Very quickly he learnt about the properties throughout the whole of the Eastern Seaboard, and picked up many loyal investors, due to his transparent honesty and eagerness to find the most suitable properties for his client’s needs. At Cornerstone Real Estate he works with Thai, Foreign and Chinese clients, and investors.
Chotika Cox (Jass) – Khun Jass has joined our busy team, taking the responsibility of searching out properties needed for a particular client. She continuously meets with owners and landlords to discuss prices, explaining what is needed to be done to successfully sell, or rent their home, and finally she takes professional photographs for marketing purposes.
Nootsara Preekan (Bee) – Our administrator brings a wealth of knowledge from her last position at a property promotions company where she was responsible for much of the administration aspect of the business.
